The Mentor Programme is designed to help girls get the most out of school.
The school mentors work with girls in one-to-one mentoring sessions - looking at study skills, revision, behaviour, confidence, peer-pressure and more!
During the school year the programme also provides break and lunch time drop-in sessions, after school and holiday activities as well as personal development and cross-community opportunities.
In October, the Year 11 Dual-Identity group headed off to Corrymeela with the Learning Mentors, and a group of girls from Our Lady of Mercy Girl‘s School. We got to know each other through games, craft and music. We thought about identity and understanding each other‘s community. We are looking forward to doing some more activities with each other soon!
