What does Youthbank mean?
Youthbank is a scheme where young people are given the opportunity to apply for grants to run projects that will benefit their school and community. Last year some of the requests which where successful included the following:
• £140 was awarded to pay for pony- riding lessons for the pony club
• £200 went to pay for a dance teacher to begin a hip- hop class in the local community centre
• £250 was giving to publicise “student voice”
• £300 was awarded for the performing arts girls to visit a residential home
Our Committee
The application forms for any girls that wish to apply for a grant will be given out soon. The committee will then decide what groups they think are suitable for the grant. There well then be interviews for applicants which are successful.

Our aim Of Youthbank is:
Our aim is to promote Youthbank throughout the whole school and try and get as many people involved as possible. We will advertise this in assemblies, fliers and posters around the school.
