This year we collected around 175 shoe boxes to be sent to Romania in time for Christmas. Linda and Norman Patterson who work For Project Romania were delighted to receive them.
Hopefully when we move into the new school they will come to assembly and give us an update on their work in Romania. They will be heading back to Romania on 29th October to oversee the distribution of the shoe boxes in time for Christmas.
A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to make a shoe box this year. It is important for us to remember that our shoe boxes are the only Christmas present the Romanian children will receive.
